The projects I managed at DMNS were large in scale and took several years to complete. They required a lot of careful planning, even more versatility, and plenty of creative problem solving.
My collections management foundation began in counting and cataloging archaeological artifacts, one bag at a time. I take pride in the quality and efficiency of my work, especially when the tasks are repetitive and tedious.
I am experienced in both 3D object and document digitization, especially with museum-specific archives and those archives that relate to archaeological collections.
I enjoy finding creative solutions for housing and storing 3D objects, and am always interested in expanding my mountmaking skills with types of collections I've never worked with before.
I have worked on concurrent inventory, rehousing, and move projects at large museums. I like to remain flexible, anticipate the needs of others, and keep a good sense of humor when working as a team.
